Using this knowledge to create routines, establish comfort and provide entertainment can support the overall well-being of dogs who may be suffering from anxiety or other emotional issues. Research indicates that tv shows specifically can positively impact canine heart rates by providing an activity that does not require energy yet is still entertaining for our four-legged friends. Additionally, data suggests that watching TV increases relaxation even more than being taken for a walk. Therefore, tv watching is an excellent way to supplement a balanced life for dogs of all ages and sizes.
